These terms govern your use of the MCR Cars website and any vehicle you purchase from us. By using the website you agree to these terms.
We make every effort to describe vehicles accurately. Photographs, descriptions and specification details are for guidance only and do not form part of any contract. You should inspect a vehicle in person before purchase.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
Vehicles are subject to availability. Placing an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. To reserve a vehicle you must pay a deposit and agree a written reservation with us.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Deposits are refundable in line with your statutory rights. Any additional cancellation terms will be agreed in writing at the time of reservation.
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or interfering with other users.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
